All Fold into One

Contract Agreement

Terms and Conditions

We want what's best for our kittens, and new owners. Please read over our contract, and reach out if you have any questions or concerns

  •  Buyer will have kitten/cat examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours after pickup or delivery date.

Before that time the kitten/cat must be separated from any other pets in the home. Not doing so renders the health guarantee null, and void.

If any life-threatening illnesses are found the Breeder must be notified within 24 hours with written proof from your veterinarian. If this occurs Buyer can choose between a kitten of equal value when available, or a full monetary refund of the kitten purchased after the kitten has been returned to the Breeder.

Once the kitten/cat has left the Breeders care any additional expenses such as veterinarian care, food, toys, etc.. is the responsibility of the Buyer.

Breeder is not responsible for any return travel, or shipping expenses.

  • The Breeder recommends separation for at least a week to keep stress to a minimum while everyone adjusts. Because stress can weaken their young immune systems, and make them more susceptible to viral, and bacterial illnesses – these are not covered under our health guarantee. Typically these issues are easy to treat and resolve.
  • The Breeder operates a FeLV/FIV/HW negative cattery, and guarantees the kitten/cat to be as well at the time of sale.
  • Except for the rabies vaccination, the Breeder does not recommend yearly vaccines. Administering the FeLV vaccine will render the health guarantee null, and void. Recent research has shown that the feline leukemia vaccine is ineffective and may cause a cat who receives it to be more susceptible to the disease.
  • While our cats are screened yearly for OCD, and HCM we can not completely guarantee against it. We do however offer a 6 year health guarantee against other fatal genetic defects of the eyes, kidneys, liver, and/or heart. We will replace your kitten/cat with another kitten of equal value when available once a necropsy has been performed by a licensed veterinarian at the Buyers expense, and proof shown to the Breeder.
  • We also offer a 6 year HCM health guarantee. If one of our kittens is diagnosed with HCM through a certified cardiologist with written proof – buyer will be offered a replacement kitten from a different pairing.

This guarantee does not cover death of the kitten/cat due to neglect, abuse, etc.. on the Buyers part.

  • Buyer agrees to care for this kitten/cat by providing adequate attention, food, water, exercise, and veterinary care in order to maintain a healthy life. If the kitten/cat is found to be harmed at any point in time, the Breeder reserves the full right to repossess the kitten/cat without refund or replacement.
  • If the Buyer can no longer keep the kitten/cat they will contact the Breeder prior to rehoming, for approval by the Breeder.

The Breeder will always be willing to take the kitten/cat back for any reason the Buyer is unable to care for it.

  • The Buyer agrees that the kitten/cat will never be given or sold to an animal shelter, rescue, pet store, research facility or donated while living for any reason.
  • The Buyer agrees that the kitten/cat will never be allowed to roam freely outdoors, or be declawed.
  • Breeder will have the kitten microchipped, and cover the activation fee.

Buyer agrees to keep Breeders info as a 2nd contact on the microchip. This is so in the event of an emergency the Breeder can be contacted if Buyer is unavailable.

  • Your kitten will come with 30 days of pet insurance that must be activated within 24 hours of picking up your kitten. Not doing so will render the health guarantee null, and void.
  • The holding fee is non refundable, but as the Breeder we have the right to refuse a kitten/cat during any point to a Buyer. If this happens, the Buyer will be refunded their holding fee.
  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, the remaining payment for the kitten is due at least 7 days before drop off/pick up. Failure to do so results in a forfeit of your holding fee, and kitten.
  • When a holding fee is received, the Buyer automatically agrees to the terms of this contract/agreement, even if both the Breeder and the Buyer have yet to sign it.
