A TICA Registered Breeder
We are a breeder of Scots & Brits in DFW Texas. We registered our cattery in 2020 with TICA. Our love for the breed started with a 2 week old tabby DSH stray kitten we named Tae. He had a slight fold to his ears, and such a sweet, and playful personality. He loved being near us; constantly making us laugh, and smile with his antics. Unfortunately, due to a genetic illness commonly found in strays, he had to be put to sleep when he turned 2. When I was ready I knew I wanted a cat just as sweet, and loving as Tae. This led me to the Scottish Fold – with the ears being an added bonus. They’ve fit our life perfectly, and we decided we wanted to spread the love.
We are a family co-owned cattery, and I’m so very lucky we’re on this journey together.
Brits are an allowable out-crossing for Scots, and were added in to add genetic diversity. Having a similar personality, and look it’s hard not to love them.
One of our favorite things about this breed is their sweet, and loving personalities. They enjoy being in your presence, receiving affection with a calm, and easy going temperament. Because of this we’d love to pay it forward for a family in need who would greatly benefit from having a Scottish Straight in their life.
